During the recent workshop 35 participants, ranging from architects and contractors to members of academia, were welcomed at the ROCKWOOL Group HQ in Hedehusene, Denmark to share their specialist expertise on the subject of nZEB buildings, showcasing how collaboration is the key to a greener built environment in the future.
The event follows two successfully approved Climate-KIC projects in association with the Group – one of which specifically focusses on the challenges and solutions relating to nZEB.
Connie Enghus, International Marketing Intelligence Manager, ROCKWOOL International:
The workshop gave us a great insight into the market, helping us better understand the demands and challenges of customers and stakeholders, while also offering up new and exciting business opportunities surrounding nZEB. Additionally new relations were established with architects and academia and concrete ideas were created to be developed further.
The event was a unique chance for the Group to align itself more closely with Climate-KIC, and proved to be a great success in bringing internal and external participants together to discuss the prominent and perceived and actual challenges concerning the future nZEB demands.
